DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DESIGNERS
FINAL PROJECT: CREATED A MODERN RE-INTERPRETATION OF "ICARUS & DAEDALUS, ICARUS TRAGIC DEATH."
This project involved combing all the skills learned in the Digital Photography for Designers course to create three images that tell a story or have a central theme. I chose a modern re-interpretation of the Greek myth: "Icarus & Daedalus, Icarus Tragic Death." The wings were constructed from cardboard, feathers, duct tape, glue, and ribbon. Each feather was put on individually. The final project required us to choose the three best images that not only represent the story, but also combined the overall skills gained in the course. The above slideshow features photographs from the photo shoot and some behind the scenes photos. The three images below were the final three I selected to have mounted and be presented in my final presentation.
